Quality Monitoring and Evaluation Activities
In our hospitals, which always aim to provide quality health care, measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of the services provided is equally important. The results of the measurements made are evaluated and used as a guide in the decisions we take to provide better service to our patients (see Quality Monitoring and Evaluation Chart).
In order to ensure that the service provided is of high quality and safe, our Coordination Office continuously and impartially measures the performance of medical, administrative, financial and support processes, evaluates the results and plans the necessary improvements. Our Coordination Office also ensures that the design and implementation of new services carried out for improvement, the monitoring of their effects and the re-measurement of their performance are carried out within a defined system.
Our Coordination Office guides senior management in selecting the indicators to be monitored. The Quality Council decides on the general indicators to be monitored in our hospitals, and the quality officers of the relevant departments decide on department indicators. Our Coordination Office ensures the collection of data, its statistical analysis, its presentation in graphical form and interpretation, and its validation, and regularly reports this information to the Quality Council.
