657 / 4-B CONTRACT PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with the method specified in subparagraph (b) of Additional Article 2 of the principles regarding the employment of contract personnel published in the Official Gazette dated 28 June 2007 under No. 26566, contract personnel will be recruited to our University Hospitals for the positions specified below, with expenses to be covered from Special Budget revenues, based on the ranking of Public Personnel Selection Examination (B) group scores.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. To be a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye.

2. Except for negligent offenses, not to have been convicted of a felony, nor to be under investigation, even if the conviction was pardoned, subject to the statute of limitations, converted to a fine or suspended, or the records of the conviction have been removed from the criminal record.

3. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 53 of Law No. 657, not to have a physical or mental illness or a physical disability that could prevent continuous performance of the duty.

4. Not to be receiving a retirement, old-age or disability pension from any social security institution.

5. For male candidates, to have no ties with military service (to have completed, deferred or be exempt from military service).

6. For all positions, to have completed 18 years of age and not have reached 35 years of age as of the application deadline (those with a date of birth between 02.12.1989 (inclusive) and 17.12.2006 (inclusive) are accepted).

7. Not to have been dismissed from duty or the profession under the relevant disciplinary legislation of public institutions and organizations.

8. To accept the requirement of working night shifts and the night shift within the work planned on a duty roster basis, given the uninterrupted 24/7 provision of health services. For the cleaning staff position only, to accept the requirement of daytime work.

9. Those covered by the provision in the Principles on the Employment of Contract Personnel stating "Contract personnel whose contracts are terminated by their institutions for acting contrary to the principles of the service contract, or who terminate the contract unilaterally during the contract period, except for the exceptions determined by Presidential decision, cannot be employed in contract personnel positions of public institutions and organizations until one year has passed from the termination date, or, if they do not renew the contract, from the end of the contract" must, by virtue of this mandatory provision, have completed the one-year waiting period as of the final application date. (The relevant document will be presented at the contract signing stage.)

10. All applicants must download the Health Declaration Form, which contains information on whether they are suitable for the conditions specified in the announcement and whether they have any illness or disability that could prevent them from performing the duty continuously, from the link https://hacettepe.edu.tr/fs/form.pdf, fill it out completely, and upload the document to the ADDITIONAL FILE section of the position applied for.

11. The required certificate and document must have been obtained before the date of the announcement, and certificates and documents without a date will be considered invalid.

APPLICATION METHOD, PLACE AND DATE

1. Each candidate may apply for only one title in the list among the announced positions.

2. Candidates who will apply will submit their applications, simultaneously with the Official Gazette announcement, on the e-Devlet platform in accordance with the specified schedule, through the Career Gate public recruitment link https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr.

EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

1. Applications made after the application date, and applications of candidates who submit incomplete documents or whose qualifications are not suitable, will not be processed.

2. The placement will be made among candidates who meet the general requirements and the special requirements sought for the position, based on the ranking of the relevant score type of the 2024 KPSS (B) group.

3. After the applications are reviewed, the list of names of successful candidates will be announced within 7 (seven) business days from the closing date of the announcement at https://hastane.hacettepe.edu.tr and https://pdb.hacettepe.edu.tr. Substitute candidates equal to 10 (ten) times the quota will be determined. The documents to be requested from candidates entitled to appointment in the announcement and the period for submitting these documents will be published at the same links.

4. The applications of candidates who do not submit the requested documents within the time limit, or who submit their documents but are not ready on the start date, will be considered invalid. In place of a candidate who does not come, candidates on the substitute list will be invited based on KPSS score ranking. All invitations and notifications will be made under the Announcements heading on the Hospitals website.

5. Principal candidates will be invited after the archive research is completed.

6. For candidates entitled to appointment to the announced positions who are found to have provided false documents or statements, or who are later found not to meet any of the required conditions, their contracts, if already signed, will be terminated immediately, legal action will be taken against them, and if any payment has been made to them, it will be reimbursed together with legal interest.

7. Obtaining a high score in the KPSS exam alone does not entitle a candidate to placement in the contract position in the announcement. Candidates who do not meet the general requirements specified for the position will not be considered. Those who make false, misleading or untrue statements, and candidates who are not considered because of inconsistencies in their information, cannot claim any right on this account.

8. A service contract will be made with the candidates, and the contracts of candidates who do not fulfill the conditions specified in the contract will be terminated within 1 (one) month.

9. If the quota determined by gender cannot be filled, applications for the other gender announced may be evaluated in order to reach the total number of positions.

10. For provisions not included in the announcement, the general legislative provisions apply.
