Training Activities

The quality improvement and patient safety program we are carrying out makes it necessary to equip all our employees with the knowledge required by the standards. For this reason, various training programs are carried out by our Coordination Office for our staff who are newly starting and those who are continuing in their duties in our hospitals. These training programs are prepared taking into account the quality standards, the areas in the quality monitoring and evaluation chart, and incoming requests. The main purpose of the training programs created is to ensure that all employees do their jobs within the framework of certain standards, consciously and professionally, with care, confidence, affection and a smile.

Trainings can be held face to face in the Quality Coordination Office Training Hall and/or through distance education via the Hacettepe University Distance Education Application and Research Center (HUZEM). Our Coordination Office is responsible for planning the trainings, organizing the trainers, inviting the participants, preparing the training environment, ensuring that trainers and participants are present at the training, conducting the training effectively, evaluating the effectiveness of the training and recording all these activities. If the desired results are not obtained in the trainings given, the trainings are repeated or their formats are changed.
