Document Management

Various documents are needed to standardize the activities carried out in our institution and to bring them into compliance with national and international quality standards. Our Coordination Office also carries out the preparation, approval, enactment, revision, control and up-to-date sharing with employees of the documents created for this purpose in our institution (procedures, protocols, plans, instructions, duties, authorities and responsibilities, forms, etc.). All documents that can be accessed through the hospital information management system can be printed by users as “Uncontrolled Copies” when necessary.
