Medical Professional Education Committee

The committee's main area of work is planning and implementing the supervision and oversight processes necessary for medical education in our hospitals to be carried out in line with patient and employee safety programs. In this context, the committee carries out the following activities:

• - Ensuring that the hospital's clinical staff, patient population, technology and facility are reviewed in line with the goals and objectives of the education program and that the medical education decision is made accordingly,
• - Ensuring that members of the clinical teaching staff are identified and introduced to hospital employees,
• - Ensuring that the clinical supervision process is determined for each medical student and intern and that supervision results are recorded,
• - Ensuring that the necessary records are kept for students receiving medical education in the hospitals,
• - Ensuring that students in training are included in the orientation program and informed about the hospital's quality and patient safety program,
• - Determining the privileges to be given to students involved in service delivery and planning how evaluation will be done in line with these privileges.
