Aseptic Medication Preparation Unit

The pharmacies of our hospitals have controlled rooms with biological safety cabinets, where electrolyte solutions to be administered to patients are diluted and made ready for use. Medications that are to be given to patients parenterally and that must be prepared under aseptic conditions are also prepared in the unit.
