Emre Huri

1994 yılında Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde tıp eğitimine başladım. 2001 yılında tıp fakültesinden mezun olduktan sonra aynı yıl Ankara Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Üroloji Kliniği’nde asistanlık görevine başladım. 2005 yılında üroloji uzmanı oldum. Bu sırada Avrupa Üroloji Derneği’nin bursu ile 1 ay süre ile Avusturya Viyana Üniversitesi Üroloji Kliniği’nde Üroonkoloji ve Laparoskopik Cerrahi konularında gözlemci olarak bulundum. 2005-2006 yıllarında Ankara Gölbaşı Hasvak Devlet Hastanesi’nde üroloji uzmanı olarak mecburi hizmetimi yaptım. 2006 yılında Ankara Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde üroloji uzmanı olarak çalışmaya başladım. 2011 yılında doçentlik sınavında başarılı olup Üroloji doçenti ünvanını kazandım. Aynı hastanede 2013 yılında akademik kadro olan Eğitim Görevlisi görevine atandım. Bu sırada klinikte üroonkoloji konusunda yoğun çalışmalar yaptım. 2008 yılında Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi Anabilimdalı’nda Anatomi doktora programına başladım. 2013 yılında doktora yeterliliği geçerek MD-PhD ünvanını aldım. Bu sırada kadavra modelinde prostat, mesane, pelvik taban ve böbrek cerrahi tekniklerini eğitim odaklı geliştirmek üzere akademik çalışmalar yaptım. Ayrıca endoürolojik ve açık cerrahi kadavra uygulamaları ile ilgili 20’den fazla eğitim kursları düzenledim. 2013 yılında uluslararası akademik alanda ilk defa yapılan 1. Uluslararası Üroanatomi Kongresi’ne Başkanlık yaptım. 2010 yılında Üroonkoloji Derneği’nin bursu ile MD Anderson Kanser Merkezi’nde ürolojik kanserler hakkında klinikte gözlemci olarak çalışmalar yaptım. 2013 yılında Denver’da prostat ve böbrek kanseri’nde uygulanan “cryoterapi” minimal invaziv tedavi yöntemi konusunda eğitim ve sertifika aldım. 2014 yılında Belçika''da Leuven Üniversitesi Üroloji Anabililmdalı''nda Fonksiyonel Üroloji, erkek ve kadın inkontinans ve nöroüroloji konusunda çalışmalar yaptım. İdiopatik üriner retansiyon, medikal tedaviye yanıtsız aşaırı aktif mesane hastalarında önemli bir tedavi yöntemi olan Sakral Nöromodülasyon konusunda uluslararası önemi olan ECMT (European Continue Medical Education) "Certification of Achievement" (başarı sertifikası) almaya hak kazandım. 2007 yılında Avrupa Üroloji Yeterlik Kurulu (EBU) yazılı ve sözlü sınavında başarılı olarak FEBU (Fellow of the European Board of Urology) ünvanını aldım. 2006-2008 yılları arasında Avrupa Üroloji Asistanları Birliği Genel Sekreterlik görevini yaptım. 2010 yılında Avrupa Üroloji Derneği Genç Ürologlar Komitesi kurucu üyesi olarak görev aldım. Takibinde 2010 yılında merkezi Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde olan International Young Urological Associatıon (IYUA)’nin kuruculuğunu yaptım ve 6 yıl başkanlık görevini devam ettirdim. Halen Hacettepe Üniversitesi İleri Düzey Sağlık Teknolojileri Uygulama, Eğitim ve Araştırma Merkezi (Hacettepe STEM) Merkez Müdürlük görevini yapıyorum. Evli ve bir çocuk babasıyım.
