İlkan Tatar

Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nden 2000 yılında mezun oldu. Anatomi uzmanlığını 2005 yılında ‘Sağlıklı erişkin bireylerde yüksek çözünürlüklü (3T) MRG ile N. Opticus’un intraorbital parçasının bilgisayar destekli 3 boyutlu rekonstrüksiyonu ve hacminin hesaplanması’ isimli tezle Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Anatomi AD’da tamamladı. 2011 yılından bu yana aynı anabilim dalında Doçent olarak görev yapmaktadır. Esas olarak 3 boyutlu anatomik modelleme, klinik ve kesitsel anatomi alanlarında çalışarak, 2006 yılından itibaren ilgili dersleri mezuniyet öncesi ve sonrası olacak şekilde Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp, Diş Hekimliği, Eczacılık ve Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültelerinde ve Hacettepe Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü vermektedir. 2009 yılından itibaren Hacettepe Üniversitesi Nörolojik ve Psikiyatrik Bilimler Enstitüsünde Temel Nörolojik Bilimler doktora programını temel ilgi alanı nöroinflamasyon olarak sürdürmektedir. 2008 yılında Medical University of South Carolina Charleston, SC’da Prof. Bilgen ile rodent MRG modaliteleri, 2009 yılında University of Wisconsin Madison, WI’da Prof. Başkaya ile DTI(diffusion tensor imaging)-MRG konularında TÜBİTAK doktora sonrası araştırmacısı olarak çalışmıştır. 2013 yılında University of Washington, Seattle, WA’da YÖK bursiyeri olarak Prof. Murphy ile rodentlerde histon-asetilasyonu inhibitörleri üzerine çalışmıştır. 2011 yılından itibaren 50’nin üzerinde ulusal ve uluslararası cerrahi anatomi ve becerisi eğitim aktivitesinde düzenleyici ve eğitmen olarak görev almıştır. Hacettepe Üniversitesi İleri Sağlık Teknolojileri ve Hacettepe Üniversitesi Transgenik Hayvan Teknolojileri Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezlerinin yönetim kurulu üyeliğini sürdürmektedir. Bir uluslararası (Avrupa Birliği Erasmus+, 3 Boyutlu Anatomik Modellerin Tıp Eğitiminde kullanılması konusunda), bir ulusal (TÜBİTAK 1001, Nöroinflamasyon konusunda) ve çok sayıda Bilimsel Araştırmalar Proje birimi projesinde yürütücülük yapmıştır. Üçü tamamlanmış beş Anatomi doktora programı tez danışmanlığı yürütmektedir. 50’nin üzerinde uluslararası yayını ve 350’nin üzerinde uluslararası atfı bulunmaktadır. Evli ve bir kız çocuğu babasıdır.
