Chemotherapy Preparation Unit

Chemotherapy medication preparation unit under Oncology Hospital Pharmacy consists of a negative-pressure room, which is protected with an ante room and consists of 4 Class II B Biological Safety Cabinets (BSC) for the preparation of cytotoxic medication. Biomedical unit undertakes the controls and calibrations of the cabins periodically. Chemotherapy medication to be administered to our inpatients and outpatients of our Adult, İ.D. Children’s and Oncology Hospitals is prepared in the unit.
